Stephanie Cogan
Clinic Owner
I am the owner of Stephanie Louise Aesthetics Ltd. I have worked in the medical industry for over a decade and own a very successful Physiotherapy clinic. With a vast knowledge of soft tissue injuries and with the carryover into aesthetics I decided to branch out into this field. Now specialising in skin tightening and fat reduction using radio-frequency and ultrasound, cellulite, stretch mark and scar reduction using shockwave therapy (also used for soft tissue injuries in the medical industry) & ZO Skincare& Hydrafacial, alongside continuing with my work as a Physiotherapist.
I wanted to create a non-invasive alternative to injectables, for those who would like a more natural approach to maintaining a youthful appearance and given my medical background, ensuring all treatments provided are evidence-based with supporting clinical case studies using equipment that is FDA approved. I also wanted to reduce the stigma around these treatments being just for women and create a clinic where all genders feel very comfortable to go for treatment as it is not just women who are conscious of the aging process.
Outside of work, I ensure I maintain a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and exercise.
My favourite thing to do is to spend quality time with my family and friends.
Debbie Perry
Clinic Manager
Debbie is Our Clinic Manager and quite literally runs the entire clinic whilst being my PA and organising my whole work life.
She is classed as our guru for ZO Skincare and has worked her way through the whole product range.
Debbie takes so much pride in ensuring all the clients and staff alike are kept happy and everything is organised in a way that your experiences with our clinic are always of an excellent standard.

Debbie is very passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle through a good diet and exercising, she feels at her time of life it is so important.
In Debbie’s spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, walking and reading.
Vicky Houghton
Aesthetician
Vicky has spent over half her working life in the hair and beauty industry and is very passionate about making others feel good about themselves.

I developed horrendous stretch marks during my first pregnancy and was desperate to try and diminish their appearance. Stephanie helped me remarkably reduce these alongside helping me reduce that mum tum too, I felt so elated with the result I decided I would like to retrain and help other people like me regain their self-confidence, which is so rewarding.”

Hannah has spent many years working in the beauty and skincare industry, having studied beauty at Ware College and worked for 11 years for Bobby Brown.

Lisa Rodmell
Lisa is our massage therapist however due to her incredible wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field, alongside her personal fitness training background, she is also our rehabilitation specialist.
Having experienced Lisa’s magic hands first hand when I booked in with her prior to opening the shop, I knew I wanted her as part of my team. To find a massage therapist who has that much knowledge and expertise alongside such amazing hands-on skills was a rarity not to be missed.

Dee Adamo
Dee is Our Receptionist; she was a client of mine many years ago and had said to me if I ever opened a Clinic to keep her in mind. 8 years on I hadn’t forgotten that conversation and as soon as we opened, I gave her a call to see if she still wanted a job. Thankfully she did as she has such a lovely rapport with all clients and makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive at The Clinic, she is a very valued member of The Team.
