ZO® products contain very active ingredients that penetrate through the outer dead layer of the skin (epidermis) to work effectively in the deeper layer of the skin (dermis). Over the counter products do not pass through into the deeper layer of the skin (dermis), therefore over the counter products do not improve cellular function and the overall skin condition.

Due to ZO being medical grade Skincare all products require you to complete a FREE skin consultation either in person or over a video call alongside completing a questionnaire to ensure ZO is suitable for you.

Once this is complete products can be purchased in clinic or reserved online and posted to you directly, once paid for via payment link which will be sent to you shortly after your reservation is received.
